Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. *International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing an order.

When you place an order, we try to ship out as close to same day as we can depending on availability of the items you have ordered. If you do not receive a tracking or any update on your order within 3 days after it was placed, it is most likely an item on your order is out of stock and we haven't confirmed a lead time yet, please feel free to contact us. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 

UPS® & USPS pickup from us late in the afternoon Monday thru Friday except for holidays. We do not have a daily pickup with FedEx. Please expect an extra day after shipping for FedEx packages to be picked up.

Special Order Items

While we strive to have all products listed on this site readily available, availability of select specialty items may be subject to change due to factory stock and require an extended lead time for shipping. When this is the case, we will contact the buyer immediately informing them of estimated lead time.  You will be notified if a Special Order item is non-returnable.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of product. If returned after 30 days a restock fee will apply.  Any special order parts if returnable will be charged a restock fee.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
